Academic Head required for a Reputed Group of schools in Delhi

Looking for academic head for a reputed chain of schools with an expansion mode of 50 in northern India, head quartered at Delhi.

Desired profile – MBA / Post graduation /Graduate,

Good Interpersonal/ Communication Skills. Good knowledge of Computers: MS Office (Excel, Word etc.), MS Outlook etc.,

At Least 3-5 Years experience as a principal or vice principal in reputed schools.

Preferably from DAV, DPS, St Xavier’s, Euro kids, salary anywhere between 15 to 20 lakhs per annum,

Job Profile:
 1. Monitoring the Principals of all the schools regarding the academic excellence.
2. At Least 3-5 Years experience as a principal or vice principal in reputed schools.
3. Guidance to the teachers in the organization of effective parent orientation programs,
4. Responsibility for the training of all staff by the use of techniques of delegation.
5. Strong Leadership qualities to motivate academic & non academic staff and serve as a row model to both staff and students.
6. Manages and monitors school administration& academics in accordance and complies with policies and procedures.
7. The incumbent should provide leadership for the professional staff of the school in the development, implementation and evaluation program.
8. Communicates high standards for teaching and Learning.
9. Selects, inducts, supports, evaluates and retains high quality instructional and support staff.
10. Employs a variety of processes for gathering, analyzing and using data for decision making.
11. Works with school corporate team to develop and implement school/Teachers/Students improvement plans as needed.
12. Develops effective plan for allocation of getting optimal out of resources.
13. Promotes the development of specific and measurable and interpersonal relations among staff, parents, students and community members,
14. Maintain effective discipline and fosters a safe Learning environment.
15. Primary responsibility to promote and sustain high academic achievement for all students.
16. Ensure there is an effective teacher in every classroom.
17. Maintain a high-functioning professional learning community and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices for teaching and learning.
18. Spearheading training as well as development process for the students / employees.
19 Preparing exercises, questionnaires and assignments for students at various levels.
20 Providing leadership & guidance to the Teaching and Administrative staff; imbibing discipline in students.
